ALL DETAILS OVER

Tazeen

What Tazeen is

Tazeen is a small, quiet website where anonymous people from anywhere in the world share painful experiences — from long ago, or from right now — and choose to become each other's emotional support system. It is not therapy. It is not a helpline. It is a wall of human writing, kept public on purpose so that no one who is hurting has to feel alone in the dark.

Who it is for

Adults 18 years or older, anywhere on the planet. If you are younger than 18, please close this page and reach out to a trusted adult or a local youth helpline.

How it works

  • No account. No email. No sign-up of any kind.
  • Anyone can read The Wall. Anyone can post. Anyone can reply.
  • Every post and reply is public and may be seen by anyone on the internet, including search engines.
  • You choose an optional pen-name per post (or stay as "Anonymous"). The pen-name is not tied to any account and cannot be used to log in.
  • You may add a "mood tag" so others reading can find you.
  • You can send support to a post (one per browser) and write a reply. Replies are one level deep, on purpose — this is not a debate forum.

Community guidelines

  1. Protect anonymity. Do not share personal identity — yours or anyone else's. No real names, faces, phone numbers, emails, addresses, workplaces, social handles, or photos.
  2. Support, do not judge. If you cannot hold space for someone, scroll past. Cruelty is not welcome.
  3. Obey the law. Participants must abstain from any conduct prohibited by international law or the domestic law of any country — including, without limitation, incitement to violence, terrorism, child sexual abuse material, human trafficking, hate speech, harassment, illegal drug or weapon sale, fraud, and piracy.
  4. Do not encourage self-harm. Share your experience; do not instruct others in how to hurt themselves or anyone else.
  5. No advice-giving as if you were a professional. Share what happened to you; do not prescribe medicine, legal strategy, or diagnoses.
  6. No advertising, solicitation, spam, or external links.
  7. Content warnings. If your post contains graphic material, please start it with [CW: …] and one or two words describing what to expect.

Safety & crisis help

Tazeen is peer support only. It is not a substitute for professional care. If you are in immediate danger, or if you are thinking about ending your life, please contact your local emergency number or a crisis helpline right now.

Global directory: findahelpline.com. It covers over 130 countries and languages.

Moderation

Posts and replies may be removed by the platform at its discretion when they violate these guidelines, when they are flagged by enough readers, or when they may cause harm. There is no personal appeal — Tazeen is anonymous by design, so we cannot verify who you are. Post accordingly.

A post that receives multiple flags is automatically hidden pending review.

Privacy

We store only what is needed to run The Wall: the post text, the optional pen-name you typed, the mood tag, the reply thread, and a timestamp. We do not attach any of it to an identity, because there are no accounts.

Basic technical information (approximate request time, coarse network signals) may be logged transiently for abuse prevention and then purged. We do not run third-party analytics on the text you write.

Acceptable use

By posting or replying you confirm that you are 18 years or older, that you have read these guidelines, and that you accept them. If you cannot accept them, please do not post.

Contact & report

To report a post or reply that violates these guidelines, use the small flag button beneath it on The Wall. You can choose a reason and add an optional note. Reports are anonymous, like everything else here.
